Sharon was selected to attend the American Marketing Association's Leadership conference held annually for Chapter Leadership in Chicago, IL. At the conference Sharon participated in Leadership strategy sessions and panels regarding chapter management. Information was exchanged among attendees representing 70 chapters. The marketers strategized on how to work with volunteers, attract new members and retain current members. With the acquired knowledge Sharon will lead a team of membership volunteers on membership recruitment.
